Thank you for your interest in staying at Amberek Guest House. Please read the following booking, payment and cancellation conditions carefully.

Invoice

If you require an invoice for your stay, please send us the invoice details before making the deposit payment or full payment.

Cancellation Policy – Standard Rate

To guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the total booking value is required.

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.

In such cases, the paid deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the date the cancellation request is received.

If the reservation is cancelled after this period or in the event of a no-show, Amberek Guest House will retain 30% of the total reservation value.

Cancellation Policy – Non-Refundable Rate

The full amount of the reservation, equal to 100% of the booking value, will be charged on the day the reservation is made.

Reservations made under the Non-Refundable Rate cannot be cancelled or modified free of charge.

In the event of cancellation, change of stay dates, shortening of the stay or failure to arrive, the full booking amount will be charged.

All payments made are non-refundable.

Complaints

1. The Guest has the right to submit a complaint regarding the services provided by Amberek Guest House in writing, by e-mail sent to the e-mail address of Amberek Guest House, or in person.
2. The complaint should include information enabling the identification of the Guest, a description of the reported objections and, where possible, an indication of the preferred method of resolving the matter.
3. Amberek Guest House shall examine the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. If additional explanations are required, this period may be extended, of which the Guest shall be informed without undue delay.
4. Amberek Guest House shall inform the Guest of the outcome of the complaint in the same form in which the complaint was submitted, unless the Guest indicates another preferred method of communication.
